The brief posed the intriguing question, “what makes this building remarkable?”. This led to an in-depth analysis of the rich historical tapestry of Tallaght, Dublin. The analysis drew inspiration from the ongoing regeneration efforts in the area and the more historical concepts of exchange and commerce that have permeated the district throughout its past.

At the heart of the design lies the concept of sediment and depositary, seamlessly integrating the internal and external spaces. The design employs bold and suggestive colour schemes to foster an environment that stimulates excitement and creativity.
