Paper Factory was acquired as an existing hotel in the outer suburbs of New York. The objective was to produce a re-imagined vision of the interiors, elevating the current offerings and optimising operational efficiency. The project also entailed the reconfiguration of the lower ground floor to augment the event offerings for both guests and the local community.

Drawing inspiration from its urban environment and incorporating a warehouse aesthetic, the resulting design provides a grounded and authentic approach to hotel design that is deeply rooted in its local context and community.
