The project’s objective was to design world-leading shared spaces that resemble the future of build-to-rent developments in suburban towns outside of London. The design encompass’ flexibility that can accommodate events while simultaneously enabling residents to maximise their usage throughout the day and night.

Each of the areas has a distinct focus, whether it be workspace, lounging, gaming, or socialising. However, all of these areas are meticulously designed to harmoniously collaborate, creating a multifaceted and lively environment for the residents. The stepped amphitheatre creates a focal point and “Instagram” moment.
