The site was granted permitted development for its conversion, in addition to planning consent for a four-story extension. It has now been transformed into 151 build-to-rent apartments. The building offers a range of typologies, including studio and duplex options, with supplementary shared spaces. This conversion demonstrates a novel approach to repurposing existing office buildings and highlights their potential for transformation.
